i would like a vine that flowers in the shade. is there one for my area? also when would be a good time to move roses from one area to another? if roses were not cut back in the fall is it too late to do so now? they are begining to show some small green leaves on the top of the long canes already.

A climbing hydrangea will bloom in the shade and is hardy in your gardening region. Roses can be transplanted in the early spring and they can be pruned now that they are beginning to show new growth. Best wishes with your garden!
