I plan on pulling out my artifical putting green and put in a garden unfortunately water tends to puddle in that area from rain or water seeping under the brick wall from my neighbors watering. What kind of drainage can I put in?

Sounds like the perfect spot for a curtain drain. You can install one prior to planting your new garden. You'll need to dig a trench, shovel some gravel onto the bottom of the trench, lay a perforated pipe on top the gravel and cover the pipe with additional gravel, topping everything off with soil. Your local garden center staff can show you the materials you need for installing a curtain drain.

Good luck with your project!
