Compost happens, all on its own. The least expensive and least labor intensive way of composting is to simply pile your yard waste up in a corner of the yard. It will decompose on its own. If you want something less of an eyesore you can purchase composting bins or barrels or make your own. Home Depot has plans so you can build your own compost bin or you can purchase ready made bins. Whichever way you compost, you will be doing the landfill and your garden a favor. Happy composting!
