My lawn dies last year due to grubs and moles. how should i treat it this year to grow lush again.

Your first consideration should be to control the grub population in your lawn with beneficial nematodes or milky spore powder, both of which are spread on the lawn. Then set mole traps to catch those that have taken up residence in your yard. Encourage your neighbors to do the same. Best wishes with your landscape!
