I live in Massachusetts along the coast. Is it to late to winter sow perennial seeds in covered containers outside?

I think it is too early to sow your seeds. Wait another 4 weeks and then sow them outdoors. They should sprout when the weather warms and grow nicely all spring and summer for you. Enjoy!
