Last year I started Lilacs and other bushes in containers and brought them indoors during the winter. When is the best time to plant them outside - after the last frost or can it be done sooner?

If your plants have been indoors all winter they will need to have warm conditions when they go outside. Wait at least 2 weeks after your last frost, or when temperatures remain above 50F during the night. Best wishes with your plants!
