| When is the right time to feed our lawn? I have heard before it turns green. Also I was told right as it starts to turn green. |
| Either way is acceptable. Fertilizer doesn't do any good if the lawn is dormant but if you feed before it turns green, the fertilizer will already be in place and readily available to the lawn. If you wait until the lawn begins to turn green it will be ready for food and fertilizing at that time is just what it wants. So, feed at either time and your lawn will benefit. |
