how can I adjust my soils acidy to help my four year old hydrangea more helthy?

If you want to increase the acidity level, add peat moss to the soil or use ground rock sulfur. I usually just side dress my hydrangea with a peat moss mulch and feed it an acidified fertilizer such as Miracid. Best wishes with your hydrangea!
