i have question regarding vegetable seed. i bought tomato and eggplant seeds is it good time to start the seed inside now

You can sow the seeds indoors now. As a rule of thumb, warm season vegetable seeds such as tomatoes and eggplant can be started indoors 8-10 weeks before your last frost. Although it is only about 6 weeks until your last frost they will still get off to an early start if you sow them now. Best wishes with your garden!
