I had to dig up most of my bulbs last fall. I stored them in a cool dry basement. Can I replant them this spring or do I need to wait for fall?

You need to plant them immediately. They won't survive much longer without being planted. With any luck they will develop leaves and roots to sustain themselves. After the foliage dies down, dig and store them for planting in the fall. Hope they make it!
