when is the best time to plant rutabagas seeds ?and my blueberrie bushes i planted dont seem to grow they are a year and half thanks connie

Rutabagas are cold tolerant and they take over 100 days to mature so plant them outdoors as soon as you can work your soil.

Blueberries need an acidic soil so mulching around them with peat moss will help. Be sure they are in well draining soil and water them deeply once or twice a week, depending upon weather. Hope this helps!
