should I apply B1 root stimulater to all my flowers when I plant them

You can if you already have it on hand but it isn't really necessary if you take care when your plant your new flowers. Just prepare the soil by incorporating some compost or other organic matter, plant your new plants and water them in well. When you plant, try not to damage the roots or disturb the rootball. They may look stressed for about a week after planting but they will adjust to their new surroundings and grow well for you.
