What would the last frost date be for Jacksonville, NC? I need to transplant my veggie plants, but I dont want to freeze them out.

Your average last frost date is mid-March and it's usually recommended that you wait 2 weeks after that to plant outdoors. So, your target date for planting your veggies is April 1st. Good luck with your garden!
