What type of grass or moss do I put between my pavers on a walkway in full sun? I would like something that doesn't require too much care.

True mosses grow under moist, shady conditions and would not be happy between pavers in a sunny area. Moss-like plants that will grow in the area you describe include Sagina subulata, commonly called Irish moss. It makes dense, compact, mosslike masses of slender leaves on slender stems. Wooly thyme is another good choice for between pavers. It creeps slowly and fills in all the nooks and crannies. Be sure to provide good drainage so the plants won't be stuck in a flooded area after a rainfall.
