I need to transplant some 1 1/2 yr old azaleas (encore) and some Knock Out rose bushes...Can I do it now?

You can transplant both now but the azaleas may not flower on time for you. If you have a choice, move the knock out roses now and the azaleas after they have finished blooming. If you have no choice in the timing of the move, go ahead and move the azaleas, with the knowledge that they may refuse to bloom for you this spring. Good luck with the move!
