Answer: The best thing to do would be to compost those droppings. Fresh rabbit manure is considered "hot", that is, it is high in nitrogen and if applied while fresh may damage tender roots. I would add the manure (along with the wood chips) to a compost pile, and used the finished compost on your garden. I am not aware of any diseases associated with this manure--in fact composted rabbit manure is highly prized as a fertilizer. So enjoy your bounty!
