I live in baltimore maryland & my peonnies daylillies & blackeyed susans are coming out of the ground, but my purple coneflower is still not showing yet. This will be their third season & last year they came up fine. When should they start to appear?

Coneflowers love the sunshine and heat so I expect it will begin to poke out of the ground in 2-3 weeks. Echinacea is a reliable perennial - just give it a little more time. Enjoy!
