| The waiting period depends upon the brand of weed and feed you used. For instance, Vigoro Weed and Feed label says wait 3 weeks; Scott's Bonus S recommends waiting 2 weeks. So, read the label on the product you used and you'll find their recommendations. After applying the product and waiting the required amount of time you can reseed by raking out the bare spots, broadcasting the seeds and then covering over them with a thin layer of compost or peat moss (to help keep the seeds moist). Water as often as necessary to keep the seeds moist and they should sprout in 10-14 days. |
