Hello
I live in nj. my question is i fertilized my grass 2 days go with crabgrass preventer. I want to know when i can seed my lawn after fertilizing and also about vegetable seed. i bought some vegetable seed that they say i can seed them directly outdoor is it okay to do know.

I would wait 2-3 weeks before seeding the lawn. Cool season vegetable seeds can be sown outdoors now; warm season plants such as tomatoes, peppers and squash need warmer soil temperatures so wait until late April before sowing them outdoors.
