I live in zone 6 and was wondering when I can plant coneflowers and black eyed susans?

Your average frost date ranges from the end of April to the middle of May. I would wait until the 3rd week of May to plant your sun and heat loving coneflowers and Black Eyed Susans. Enjoy!
