Is there any advantage to adding magnesium sulfate to the ground when planting tomatoes?

Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts), is a trace mineral that can be used by tomato plants. Add only if your soil is low on magnesium and the plant leaves show the yellowing symptoms of magnesium deficiency.
