| My dog got ahold of my Emporer Japanese maple tree and he broke it before I could plant it. Can I still plant it or is it hopeless? |
| I don't know the extent of the damage so I can't tell whether or not the tree will live. If there looks there might be hope, go ahead and plant it. If it is truly mangled and no longer looks like a tree, I think it would be best to replace it with a healthy new specimen. Good luck with your maple! |
