There are lists and lists of deer resistant plants but to be honest, hungry deer will eat just about anything. As the deer population rises, the competition for food gets greater and no plant is safe from their nibbling. We have had good results with a deer repellant called Deer Away. It has an odor the deer don't like so they usually pass up plants that we've sprayed with Deer Away. The downside is that you will have to reapply it after a rain. Good luck with your landscape!
