Depending upon which plants you chose, they may be better off outdoors, even in 39 degree weather. Being inside in warm temperatures can shock them, especially when they go back outdoors. Try to find a protected place to store them overnight - even a garage will be warmer than outside, but not so warm as to affect the plants. You can plant them outdoors within the next few days and just plan on covering over them with a frost blanket or an old bed sheet when temperatures threaten to dip below 32F. Your average last frost is mid-April.
