I have had concord grape vines for many years. The last 2 years the vines bear the grapes and then dry up or shrivel up before they get ripe. They go from green to dried up.

Lack of sufficient water may be the cause; lack of pollination is another cause of shrivelling grapes. This year try thinning out the grape clusters so your plants have fewer grapes to ripen. You will have fewer grapes but they will be larger and more flavorful and they should ripen for you if the weather cooperates. Good luck with your grapevines!
