Since you have only recently planted your hibiscus, I think they are going through a little stress from being planted and will need a few more weeks to become established. Once you see some new growth you will know that the roots are reasonably well established and you can prune the plants back. This will remove the damaged leaves and promote healthy new growth. A few yellowing leaves are nothing to be concerned about. Hibiscus drops their oldest leaves, which are quickly replaced by healthy new leaves. Wait a few more weeks and then prune your plants back to promote new growth. I think you'll be surprised just how fast they will grow when the weather gets really warm. Best wishes with your hibiscus!
