Usually a raised bed will drain much faster than the ground around it so maybe you just need to add some organic amendments to the raised bed. Spread 4-5 inches of compost, aged manure or shredded leaves over the top of the bed and dig it in to a depth of 8-10 inches. The organic matter will loosen the soil and help it drain quickly. Hope it works well for you.
