Acacia dealbata is a commonly grown plant in France and is called Mimosa. This one has yellow flowers; Acacia cyanophylla is called Blue-Leaved Wattle; Acacia retinodes is known in France as Four-Seasons Wattle. Hope this is the plant in question.
