I have spots on my Indian Hawthorne, I believe it may be some type of fungus, what can I do to treat this.

You can spray your hawthorn with Soap Sheild, an organic fungicidal soap/copper spray and follow the spray schedule recommened on the label to keep tree from being reinfected. Keep the leaves raked and an organic mulch on the soil (bark, compost, etc.) to combat any spores that remain on the soil surface. Hope this does the trick!
