Grass growing in clumps - Knowledgebase Question

You did not answer my previous question. Why is my grass growing in somewhat raised clumps with bare spots in between the clumps.

The type of turf you planted is probably a tall fescue. Tall type fescue does not spread, therefore it will clump if not planted thick enough. Plant more seed and that should take care of the clumping.
