moles or grubs or something eating my hostas and other flowers need to get rid of them help please!!!!

Moles eat grubs and grubs eat the roots of turfgrass so I don't think either of those pests are eating your hostas. In my experience, slugs and snails feast on hostas. The feed at night so you might try going out after dark or very early inthe morning to try and catch the critters at work. If you find them, an iron based slug repellant such as Sluggo sprinkled in the flower bed will take care of the pests.
