| Some good choices for a hanging basket in a sunny front porch would be portulaca, verbena, fuschia and brachycome. These will need watering almost daily and would benefit from your spreading some time release fertilizer in the pot such as Osmocote this spring to last all summer. Put the backets out in mid to end of May, but always watch for those late Vermont frosts. |
