Answer: It doesn't hurt for several seeds to wind up close together, but you'll need to thin the seedlings as they develop so each plant has plenty of room to grow. I mix my tiny seeds with sand and then sow them by sprinkling the mixture over the prepared soil. Just barely cover them with additional sand or with peatmoss. The sand helps separate the seeds, plus it shows me exactly where I've sown them. Hope this tip helps!
