I'm starting a garden in my apt's backyard. I get 3 hours of direct sunlight. What flowers/herbs can I grow?

In partly shady areas you'll have great success with a number of plants, including Campanula, Calceolaria, Clivia, Impatiens, Tradescantia, Senecio, Asiatic Lily, Caladium, Cyclamen and Hellebore.
