I live at 3500 feet in zip 93551. Have a few cherry trees and peach trees. When and with what should I fertilize them? Thanks

You can feed your fruit trees in the spring just as or just after they have bloomed. New growth indicates that they are ready to be fed. I would use a general purpose 10-10-10 on them, in amounts as recommended on the label. Best wishes with your trees!
