How much water to apply really depends upon the size of your roses, your soil type and the weather. You didn't mention how large the emitters are so I don't know how much water they are providing. In general, a mature rose bush should get about 4 gallons of water per week. If you figure out how much your emitters are putting out, you can figure out how long the system should run. I'd provide water every other day during the summer months.
