Do you have any suggestions for controlling weeds in Asian Jasmine? I have a large area that is pretty healthy but I'd like to spray the weeds without killing the Jasmine.

Weed control in ground cover areas is somewhat difficult. Preemergence herbicides (applied before weed seeds germinate) can offer some control if the correct herbicide is applied at the proper time and rate. Mulching and hand weeding will usually control weeds until the ground cover has become established. A grassy weed killer will take care of grasses and be safe for your jasmine but a broad leaf weed killer can harm your jasmine. To be on the safe side, try hand weeding for now.
