What eats Florida citrus - Knowledgebase Question

I live in south FLA. Someting that I cannot see if eating leaves stems and blooms off my grapefruit and orange trees. i have looked for all the most obvious pests and do not see evidence. What could this be?

The only other insect pest that will eat the leaves, stems and blooms on citrus are leaf cutter ants. You should be able to see these guys at work, though, so check on your tree several times a day to see if you can find them.
