I live in western MI and recently bought hosta and lilly of the valley starter plants. I now have them in the fridge. Should I wait until all danger of frost is gone before planting them?

If the plants are bare root, you can plant them in the garden now. If they have new growth, wait until after all danger of frost has passed or the leaves will suffer winter damage. Best wishes with your new plants!
