Question: Why is it that the leaves on my plants are dry or brown fron the tips. and its not only on one plant, its on all of them in a certain section of the garden.

Answer: Browing leaf tips can be caused by a number of things: cold winter winds, hot summer winds, poor soil drainage, or over application of fertilizer. If it is occurring in just one part of your garden you'll have to put on your detective cap and investigate all the above possibilities. Best wishes with your garden!
