Agastache rugosa is a robust plant, but not one that's considered especially invasive. Plant in full sun to partial shade and water regularly. If you keep the spent flowers cut off, it won't spread by seeds, and you'll encourage additional stem and flower growth. Use it in perennial beds and borders for a bold, decorative specimen.
