We have been getting a lot of rain and the daisies are looking pretty sad. Do I need to pop the heads off of them and let them re-grow or will they take care of themselves?

I don't think the flowers will grow upright again after being battered by rain so it might be best to remove them. Or, if you don't mind looking at floppy flowers, you can leave them on. Either way, your plants will begin producing fresh new flowers in the next few weeks. Enjoy!
