Gardenia Jasminoides "veitchll" - Knowledgebase Question

I am planting the Gardenia in the pot with the pot soil. According to the plant instruction, Gardenia seems to like the soils in a slightly acidic. How can I make the soil in such a condition? Please advise. thanks.

Add some peat moss to the soil or simply feed your gardenia with an acidified fertilizer such a Miracle Gro or Miracid. Dilute the fertilizer to half strength and feed every 4 weeks. Enjoy your new plant!
