hide a pipe - Knowledgebase Question

I live in New England and just had well put in, and there is this ugly pipe about 14 inches tall in my flower garden. I would love to cover it with something. How about Hydranya's????? I want something that is a perennial. What a ugly eyesore, please help.

Hydrangeas will work, or find some plants with arching foliage so the foliage can grow up and then hang down to hide the pipe. Purple fountain grass, Daylilies, vinca, Licorice Vine or even petunias can all help to hide the pipe. Best wishes with your garden!
