I have a lot of pernnial bulbs and small plants. Is it OK to plant outside now? I live in Mass. How do I keep them until I can plant?

I think the weather is still too cold to plant your new plants, although you can plant your bulbs outside now. Keep the plants in an outdoor area that remains above freezing - garage or shed - until the weather warms up. Don't keep the plants in the house because the temperatures are too warm. Just find a protected place that remains above freezing and they should be fine. Best wishes with your garden.
