I have no yard, just a patio so my gardening is limited to containers. Also, the area gets sun maybe two hours a day. What do you recommend. I want a patio filled with pots of plants.

Here's a whole list of annuals, perennials and bulbs that will thrive in containers in a mostly shady spot. Some are tall, some are short, and all have great flowers: Anemone (Wind Flower), Columbine, Begonia, Calceolaria (Pocketbook Plant), Bergenia, Campanula, Kaffir Lily, Lily-of-the-Valley, Dicentra (Bleeding Heart), Sweet Woodruff, Gentian, Crested Iris, Primrose, Cineraria, Violets and Pansies.
