pest control for houseplants - Knowledgebase Question

I not sure what to use for my ficus lyrate, ficus elastica & my schefflera. I know some type of insect is causing holes on the end and middle of the plants.I want to use some thing safe for indoors.

Environment conditions can cause holes in the leaves so unless you are sure there are pests, I wouldn't use any insecticides on the plants. Try giving them each a thorough shower. Use tepid to cool water and cover the top of the soil with plastic wrap so it doesn't splash out into your tub. Be sure to shower off both the upper and lower sides of the leaves. If there are any pests, they will wash right down the drain. Good luck with your plants!
