I applied scotts turf builder/halts about two weeks ago. I have an area 10'x10' that needs seeding. how long do I have to wait to seed? Its rained a lot since I put the halts down if thats a factor. Thanks, Wally

Scott's Turfbuilder with Halts contains a pre-emergent weed control product. Any time you apply Halts, you need to wait 4 months before seeding or sodding. The chemical remains in the soil for 4 months and will interfere with seed germination. I suggest you wait until fall to overseed/reseed.
