Rutgers recommends the following grass seed blends for your region, depending upon the growing conditions:
Open, Sunny Sites and Well-drained Soils, you can use 100% Kentucky bluegrass or a mixture of 80-85% Kentucky bluegrass and 15-20% Perennial ryegrass.

In Moderate to Partial Shade, Well-Drained Soils, use 25-50% Kentucky bluegrass, 50-75% Fine Fescue, and 0-10% Perennial ryegrass (turf-types), or 100% Fine fescues, or 100% Tall fescue (turf-types).

Best wishes with your lawn.
