I want to plant something that will stay small enough that it won't cover my windows and easy to take care of. Something that will come back every year. I was thinking azaleas. Any suggestions. I'm in Augusta, Ga. I have NO experience with flowers or gardens.

If the area is shady, azaleas will work. Or a dwarf Pieris variety called 'Prelude' would be an option. If it is a sunny area, try Abelia, Euonymus alatus (Dwarf Burning Bush); or Ilex cornuta (Dwarf Chinese Holly). Enjoy your garden!
